An Industry Gathering as a Brand Experience

How do you turn a professional conference into an experience that brings an entire industry together? For many years, brandmood has been developing event formats together with Baumit that combine exchange, inspiration and brand impact. The Baumit BauFachtage 2026 at the Red Bull Ring are a great example of this approach.

Our task was to design an event format that strengthens dialogue within the construction industry while making Baumit’s innovative spirit tangible. From the dramaturgical structure and content staging to the overall event setting, we created a format that combines information, interaction and emotion.

brandmood was responsible for the complete planning and on-site implementation – from accreditation and congress coordination to show calling, participant guidance, as well as decoration, stage design and the artistic direction of the event.

More than 450 business partners and employees accepted the invitation to the Red Bull Ring. For two days, the racetrack became a meeting place for the industry, featuring keynotes, expert presentations and a panel discussion on the future of construction and the challenges surrounding affordable housing.

A central goal was not only to present content but to make it truly experiential. Innovations such as the Baumit BauMinator 3D concrete printing system, insights into brand and product development, and impulses on technology, leadership and the shortage of skilled workers were integrated into a diverse and engaging program.

At the same time, we created space for personal encounters and networking. Challenges around the Red Bull Ring, shared experiences and a spectacular drone show as the emotional highlight turned the BauFachtage into an event that successfully combines professional dialogue with a strong brand experience.
