FOCUS – Peak performance needs focus

550 employees, two intensive days and an impressive setting at the Congress Center Riva del Garda: The Hagleitner Sales Meeting 2026 was all about one thing – focus. Inspired by Italy as the Home of Motorsport, the event became a stage for speed, precision, and a clear view of the goal.

Together with the Hagleitner event team, a holistic event concept was developed and implemented – from stage design and technical implementation to direction, show staging, and on-site support. From the beginning, it was clear: this sales meeting would not be a classic business event, but an emotionally staged world of experience where content becomes tangible.

Appreciation in focus

The first day of the event was dedicated to employees. In a festive setting, achievements were honored and successes were made visible. A special highlight: the show act Jonglissimo, which impressively interpreted the theme of focus. The interaction of juggling elements with the LED wall created a visual staging that seamlessly connected technology and performance.

The special tribute to Hans Georg Hagleitner provided an emotional highlight. For over 45 years, he had shaped the company and – completely in the spirit of the motto – safely guided it through every curve.
With a view to the generational change, he gradually withdrew from operational management – but remains connected to the company as a reliable "joker" by his daughters' side.
