brandmood GmbH had the privilege of providing comprehensive support for the Schörghuber Leaders' Summit in Mallorca, from the initial idea to the final implementation – thus creating a sustainable, inspiring event experience together with the client.
The exclusive setting of the Castillo Hotel Son Vida provided the ideal backdrop for a custom-developed stage and room concept, perfectly tailored to the content and goals of the summit. A large LED wall ensured effective visual support for central presentations and keynotes, while various themed areas of the company were staged in different hotel rooms.
From invitation management and a specially developed event tool to full technical support for all locations – brandmood handled all organizational and production tasks. The event tool guided participants through the multi-day program, consistently highlighting the next program points – digitally, intuitively, and user-friendly.
A special highlight was the team-building activities and atmospheric sundowner moments with sea views, which took place in the surrounding properties of the Schörghuber Group and offered a perfect complement to the strategic program.
