Two event formats, one shared experience
For the voestalpine Metal Forming Division, brandmood realized an extraordinary event day in the unique ambiance of Grafenegg Castle. Under the guiding theme "World out of sync, rethinking the future," an exclusive symposium with approximately 120 invited guests took place in the morning. Inspiring keynotes by philosopher Lisz Hirn and China expert Jörg Wuttke, a high-caliber panel discussion, and musical contributions by the voestalpine Orchestra conducted by Alois Papst created an exciting dialogue between economy, society, and culture.
In the afternoon, the castle park transformed into a vibrant world of experience for more than 1,000 employees, retirees, accompanying persons, and external concert guests. Under the motto "Metal Meets Melody," the big employee summer party was all about encounter, appreciation, and shared experience.
A diverse program with interactive experience stations, culinary highlights, digital gamification elements, and a specially developed points pass provided entertainment and active involvement of the guests. The emotional highlight was the concert of the voestalpine Brass Orchestra in the Wolkenturm against an impressive natural backdrop.
