voestalpine Event week

We organised a multi-day event for voestalpine Stahl GmbH, one of Austria's largest industrial companies, with well over 10,000 participants from around the world. It was a special event week with four different event types: A gala, a conference, an employee party and a pensioner meeting. They were spread between indoor and outdoor settings.

The advance planning period covered about eight months. We created a comprehensive event and location concept combining all requirements into a harmoniously coordinated overall plan. Uncertain weather and rain did not faze us. Everything went according to plan.
