MAN Oktoberfest

An Oktoberfest, organised by brandmood and superbly hosted for MAN Truck & Bus Sales Austria, took place on Saturday, 21 October 2023, at the MAN site in Vorchdorf. With a guest list of around 600 employees and customers, this private event was a real success.

The party lasted from 11:00 to 20:00 and created an authentic, folksy atmosphere. The location, a MAN depot, was transformed into a great event location especially for the day.

The atmosphere reached its climax when the band VöcklaBLECH ensured an exuberant festive mood.

The day was traditionally opened with the tapping of a barrel of beer, followed by a hearty buffet offering the best of Bavarian cuisine. This included roast pork, veal sausage with pretzels, roasted dumplings with egg, pumpkin cream soup, Kaiserschmarrn and various cakes. The guests enjoyed the Bavarian specialities to the full.

brandmood played a central role in this event. We took on the entire organisation and design of the event. From the accreditation of the guests to the comprehensive event follow-up, brandmood ensured that everything ran smoothly during the entire event period. This ensured that the guests were able to enjoy this Oktoberfest to the full.
