Meeting Cube @ Red Bull Base

Due to renovation work in the building, the BP meetings required a flexible yet special location.

From the initial idea to the concept, including 2D and 3D planning, it took just a few days to construct and fully equip the venue. The modular cube - the two-storey meeting centre - was equipped with the latest technology inside: High-Res LED Wall, conference and audio technology and live streaming technology for hybrid meeting formats. The backstage area, air conditioning, sanitary facilities and logistics areas were fully integrated and remained unobtrusively in the background. The well-balanced interior design made it almost impossible to recognise that this was a temporary structure.

After the four-week meetings, it took just 36 hours to dismantle the entire structure and open up the space again.

It is certainly a concept that lends itself to many event formats and can be completely customised.
