“Heavy Metall” live from Hartberg! On September 30, 2021, the popular format "METALL LIVE-TALK" of the interest association Netzwerk Metall took place for the third time already. The industry discussed the burning issue of "Full (Professional) Force Ahead - The Future of Human Resources." Because there is a shortage of skilled workers everywhere – in skilled trades, IT professions or even in the hospitality industry. But, what is the reason for this increasing shortage of skilled workers and where to start to counteract this? We are very pleased that we could plan and realize this important event thus fuelling the exchange within the metal industry.
