Netzwerk Metall Talk

With the Netzwerk Metall Talk on 28 September 2023 at the Valenta Metall company in Fieberbrunn, we are adding another livestreaming event to our portfolio.

Under the motto "Craftsmanship in social perception", the importance of craftsmanship in modern society was highlighted. The aim was to show that this traditional occupational field is far more than just providing services and manufacturing high-quality products. It is an important pillar for the smooth functioning of our society. Particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises, the skilled crafts create career prospects for future generations.

In order to bring this topic further into the public focus, the Netzwerk Metall Talk dealt with questions and challenges concerning the tradition of crafts:

How can craftsmen present themselves in public? How can they use the opportunities of current digitalisation and globalisation to present themselves attractively to potential employees and customers? What influence could this have on the shortage of skilled workers? 

In addition to all these questions, there were also answers in the Netzwerk Metall Talk, which was streamed live. In the course of the livestream, brandmood came into play and ensured a smooth transmission of the event. Thanks to the livestream technology, not only those present but also a wide online audience were able to take part in this important conversation.
