voestalalpine Event Week 2025
As part of the voestalpine Event Week 2025, we once again had the opportunity to create extraordinary moments and provide a stage for encounters, transformations and emotions.
The event kicked off with the Customer Symposium at the Raiffeisen Arena in Linz – a deliberately chosen location whose roof and façade surfaces consist of 19,000 m² of voestalpine steel in greentec steel Edition. Exciting keynotes by Dominik Neidhart and Florian Gschwandtner as well as diverse perspectives on innovation, progress and sustainability shaped the day.
Afterwards, an extraordinary backdrop unfolded in the middle of a specially created temporary world of experience on the voestalpine event lawn: two imposing dome tents formed the architectural and theatrical centrepiece. Here, an elegant business dinner took place in the evening, accompanied by an artistically narrated four-act production. The dramaturgy spanned the arc from the roots of voestalpine to its lived transformation – interpreted through body art, acrobatics, dance and aerial performance.
The crowning moment was the spectacular reveal of an 8-metre-high, green tower, which had previously been covered and staged as a projection surface.
Overnight, the setting was transformed into a family-friendly world of information and entertainment. Around 14,000 guests enjoyed a varied programme in glorious sunshine at the big family festival: autodrome, carousels, climbing tower, rescue demonstration, ‘voestalpine Experience’ exhibition, meet & greets with LASK, the Black Wings and Blau-Weiß Linz, as well as numerous food stations from Caseli. A lively atmosphere was provided by the Mountain Crew and Ö3 DJ Florian Strohofer.
The last day of the event was dedicated to the people who have shaped the history of voestalpine over the decades. Around 2,000 senior citizens came together for a festive senior citizens' meeting – an emotional conclusion to an impressive week of events.
